Summary
These sanctions block the property of certain persons contributing to the conflict in the Democratic Republic of the Congo; such property may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in. The prohibitions include the making of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services by, to, or for the benefit of any person in the SDN list, or receiving the same from those in the list. The sanctions do not target all persons and entities within the Republic of Congo but only those involved in exacerbating the conflict.
